Inspired by stylized leaf and geometric knot motifs found in traditional folk embroidery, the Anatolian Leaf and Knot folk embroidery pattern is worked in two alternating colorways. The copper and gold band brings to mind autumnal leaves and the blue and green band represents the colors of a winter forest. Worked together, they symbolize the transition from fall to winter.
