I offered to make my daughter a Pascha basket cover of her own and she chose the pattern in the Ukrainian bit-kit but asked for the colors to match our blue & black woven Easter tablecloth given to us by friends in Ukraine. I love this table cloth, but I have to admit that DNC 996 - Medium Electric Blue - seemed a bit bold. But, it is a near perfect match and, after all, it's for Easter. I created a square repeat from the pattern and I couldn't be happier with how this patterns looks in electric blue! How cool to be able to reflect her childhood memories in this new 'heirloom' piece!
