This was my project while I waited patiently for the new cushion kits. 😊 Krista’s video on how to line an ornament inspired me to line the back of the table runner. I found some William Morris fabric at the quilt shop that complements the design and goes with my dining chair upholstery - yay!! This was a wonderful meditative stitch and the size is easily modified. Now for the next project - the Tilos Primrose cushion!!!

Terrific lining!!! Well done. I just did the same thing--lining a table runner instead of hemming--but your boldness makes me think I can do something better next time!
Beautiful!
Only a month! Wow!! I figured mine will take months to finish. I have been working on it for a couple of weeks and this is how far I am.
How long did it take you to do a piece this big? I’m doing Theodora’s Diamond and my first Avlea project and I’m loving it. I have never worked with this type of cloth and now I have started I’m not so intimidated! It seems so big though and feel it may take me a lot of time to finish! Yours is absolutely beautiful and I may try putting putting on a lining as well.
Goodness, I never imagined lining a table runner but now that I see yours it makes perfect sense. This. piece is lovely with your Craftsman furniture. I'm fascinated with this design and your work is gorgeous.
Wow, that fabric is a beautiful match!
Love how you lined this--that technique gives a bit more structure/heft to the embroidery and I like how it makes it sit so nicely on a table. Beautiful work!
Beautiful! And the William Morris print is a lovely compliment
Perfect the lining material; perfect your table runner.
