Well, this was fun! Bright and cheery, it adds a perfect splash of color no matter where I put it! Krista calls the green parts cypress trees, but I consider them corn plants -- to go with the cornflowers. I highly recommend this pattern. This was my first use of the Mikini 30-count ground cloth (white). It was a pleasure to work with. Soft, and substantial. And forgiving when I had to take out mistakes. The flowers, by the way, came from my garden today -- Spring is almost here (yay!).

Gorgeous!
Mostly no. The specified colors were great. In the center stripe I changed the pink to the light green. It was the only change. For me there were too many colors in the middle.
Did you change the floss colors from those called for in the chart?
This is lovely - I think it looks like corn, too. Probably because I grew up in Iowa. And there is another enviable hem. I just love your hems!
That Mikini cloth is my new favorite thing - it's so soft and easy to work. And it's super easy to see where the stitches go. I've been curious about how it would take to drawn hem work, and it looks like it worked out perfectly! I'm working on a cushion cover right now so, sadly, there won't be any drawn threadwork on this project, but the Mikini cloth is absolutely fabulous for cushions as well.
I had not really noticed this design before. It’s a very happy pattern! And then, of course, there’s that outstanding Hemstitch. Always delightful to see.
Beautiful!!
Gorgeous! And your hemming work compliments it perfectly.
