Hi all, does anyone ever remember seeing a little border that looked like multicolored balloons or individual little waves? I saw it somewhere and remember loving it but for the life of me I can’t find it. I’m thinking maybe it was on a little business card that came with one of my old kits? It used all the traditional colors and was so cute and colorful. I have scoured the website and all the Instagram posts and can’t find it. Would love if someone could find it and send a pic.
